Q1 What can I make at White Bear DIY?
A: We offer hands-on crafts for kids, teens, and adults — fluid bear painting, tufting, decoden, pom pom art, perler beads, piggy bank painting, and more. You can also book private birthday parties and group activities.
 
Q2 Are materials included?
A: Yes — all tools, materials, and step-by-step guidance are included. No experience needed, and you take your finished piece home the same day.
 
Q3 Do I need to book ahead, or can I walk in?
A: Both. Walk in during open hours or book online in advance. Weekends are busy, so we recommend booking ahead. Groups of 5+ and birthday parties should book ahead with a deposit.

Q4 How long does a session take?
A: Most projects take about 1.0–3 hours depending on what you choose.
 
Q5 Where are you located and when are you open?
A: Unit 12A, 4981 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3R 1N1. Open Tue–Fri 12–7pm, Sat–Sun 11–7pm, closed Mondays. Free parking on site.
